Downies

Beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom villa available for rent in Downings, Co Donegal. Sleeps up to 8 people. Perfect for families. The property is located in Drownings, with beautiful views overlooking the bay and we provide free WiFi from the 18th of July 2024. Complimentary private parking is available on site.

Downies Layout

The accommodation comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms and a single bedroom one with en-suite accommodating up to 8 people.  There is also two larger bathrooms with showers, one with a bath.

There is an open plan kitchen living area equipped with a microwave and eye level oven and dishwasher. The utility room provides a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The living area has a flat-screen TV and reclining sofas.

The conservatory has beautiful views across the bay which leads onto the decking.  

Downies Outdoors

Outdoors is equipped  table with seating for 6 people with free use of gas BBQ and small Pizza Oven.  There are also 2 large Kayaks, a paddle board and a variety of wetsuits for free use.

Cycling, horse riding, links golf and diving can be enjoyed.

There is also a leisure centre with a swimming pool and indoor play area for children close by.

Shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2 minute walk away as property is centrally located.

Booking Details

Booking Deposit €200 - with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.

- Check-in 3pm, check out 10.30am
- Sat-Sat rental only during high season
- 3 night stays available during mid and low season

High Season: July/Aug/Easter
Mid Season: Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Sep/Oct
Low Season: Jan/Feb/Nov/Dec (except Christmas/New Year)
