Mulroy View - Downings

Mulroy View is a modern 3 bedroom holiday home located in a quiet Cul de Sac along the shores of Mulroy Bay. This well equipped self catering accommodation enjoys lovely views over the bay towards the hills of the Fanad Peninsula.  From the front door is just 2km to the popular family beach resort of Downings and 2.5km from the superb Rosapenna Golf Resort. The holiday home is also near the starting point of the dramatic Atlantic Drive around the beautiful Rosguill Peninsula - now part of Irelands Wild Atlantic Way.

The holiday home is newly built.  All rooms to the front enjoy uninterrupted views of Mulroy Bay. It has comfortable bed accommodation for 7 with an additional camp bed to sleep an extra one. The holiday home has an enclosed and paved back yard - a safe playground for children.

A Tranquil Base for the Beach & Golf Resort of Downings

A short drive or a healthy 15 minute walk will bring you from the holiday home into Downings. This vibrant seaside village on the shores of Sheephaven Bay has a number of fine hotel based restaurants, coffee shops, friendly traditional pubs and craft shops. It boasts a number of top class tourist attractions including the fabulous Blue Flag Downings Beach, an indoor leisure centre with swimming pool and the Rosapenna Golf Resort featuring 2 championship 18 hole links courses.

There are also a number of fine beaches dotted around the Rosguill Peninsula including Tramore Strand, Tra na Rossan and Melmore Beach.There are plenty of opportunities for ramblers and hill walkers in this beautiful part of Donegal. In addition to the coastal walks around the Rosguill Peninsula there are woodland walks in the enchanting Ards Forest Park and hill walking in the North Donegal Highlands

The room is comfortably furnished and has a flatscreen tv with sky tv. Double doors open into a modern kitchen with dining area.FREE WIFI.
