No.4 Fletcher's Field is located on the hillside above the seaside village of Downings and has panoramic views over Sheephaven Bay. The fabulous sandy beach at Downings and the golf course at Rosapeena are both close by making this cottage an ideal base for your family holiday. The property has a large deck area with outdoor furniture to the front - enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Bay!

The holiday home has 4 bedrooms to sleep 8, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunroom that takes full advantage of the magnificent views. The property also has free wifi.

Beach & Golf Resort of Downings

A short drive or a 10-minute walk will bring you from the holiday home into Downings. This popular seaside village on the shores of Sheephaven Bay has a number of fine hotel-based restaurants, coffee shops, friendly traditional pubs, and craft shops. It boasts a number of top-class tourist attractions including the fabulous Blue Flag Downings Beach, an indoor leisure centre with a swimming pool, and the Rosapenna Golf Resort featuring 2 championship 18-hole links courses.

There are also a number of fine beaches dotted around the Rosguill Peninsula including Tramore Strand, Tra na Rossan and Melmore Beach. There are plenty of opportunities for ramblers and hillwalkers in this beautiful part of Donegal. In addition to the coastal walks around the Rosguill Peninsula there are woodland walks in the enchanting Ards Forest Park and hill walking in the North Donegal Highlands

• Take a trip around the spectacular coastal drives in the region -   the Atlantic Drive, Horn Head, Lough Salt Drive and the Fanad Drive
• Enjoy diving in the clear waters of Mulroy Bay and Sheephaven Bay - the Meevagh Dive Centre is based in nearby Carrigart

Booking deposit £300 - with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period
