Blue Flag Beach, Links Golf and Walking Trails

There are several major tourist attractions in the immediate environs of Laghey including a fabulous Blue Flag Beach and a wonderful 18 championship golf links course – both located at nearby Murvagh. There are two first-class hotels located on the shores of Lough Eske – Harveys Point and Solis Lough Eske Castle. The Bluestack Way is a renowned walking trail that passes along Lough Eske and into the Bluestack Mountains.

Wild Atlantic Way

Bayview House is ideally situated to explore the Wild Atlantic Way in South and South West Donegal.  All along the coast from the surfing resort of Bundoran to the Gaeltacht village of Glencolmcille there are numerous sandy beaches, hidden coves, small harbours, rocky headlands and dramatic cliffs. The spectacular cliffs at Sliabh League are a Signature Point on the Wild Atlantic Way.
