The Box House is located right in the picturesque seaside village of Fahan, in Co.Donegal along the Wild Atlantic Way.  Fahan has its own beach, marina and award-winning restaurants. The home itself is newly renovated and has been completed to an extremely high standard. The large windows on each level maximize the beautiful view of Lough Swilly for a truly wow factor.

Luxury Interior

The living areas are open plan, modern and luxurious. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and the home can sleep 8 people.

Downstairs you’ll enter through the glass entryway, into a spacious hallway with beautiful panelling and enjoy access to the open plan, split level living areas.

The vibe is luxury mid century modern. 

The living area has views direct to the water, a log fire centerpiece under the large TV, an attached chill out area with bean bags, and doors to the patio and garden. 

Modern Smart Appliances

The kitchen and dining area is modern with SMEG appliances and smart google home devices. Additional touches like a wine fridge are there to enjoy. Also a door leading to the back patio. 

All 4 bedrooms have king sized beds. One bedroom is downstairs and 3 are upstairs. 

The views from the master bedroom are truly breathtaking. Attached is a huge en-suite with double vanity unit, double shower and freestanding tub. 

Furniture and furnishings are high quality imports from USA and you’ll love your unique stay in the Box House.
