Those who are fans of climbing will love the choice of splendid walks they have in the renowned hills of Donegal, including the impressive Mount Errigal, considered by many to be Ireland’s most iconic mountain. 

Guests are treated to the convenience of being able to leave the car and enjoy the short walk into the town’s main street where there are many shops and pubs to sample and where the renowned hospitality is always on offer. 

If you’d like to discover further afield when on this fantastic Irish holiday, a visit to the quaint fishing village of Burtonport, followed by hopping on the ferry to Arranmore Island will ensure a day’s exploring worth remembering.

However, before venturing back to your Dungloe base, why not gather some inspiration for your evening meal and watch as the fishing boats bring in the catch of the day? You won’t have to venture far from your Dungloe base to gather some ingredients to create your own tasty dishes as there is a selection of supermarkets just yards from your perfectly located home in this wonderful region of Ireland. 

However you choose to spend your days, a perfect way to finish them off is with a pint of the black stuff, surrounded by traditional music, before strolling home to your Dungloe home for some rest and recuperation before your next adventure the following day.

Booking Deposit €200 - with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
