Sandy Hills View is a tranquil 3-bedroom holiday home that overlooks the famous St. Patrick’s Links golf course of the Rosapenna Hotel, Co. Donegal, Ireland, part of the Wild Atlantic Way. The entrance is right next to the entrance for St. Patrick's. Just 5 minutes’ drive from the sandy beaches of Trámor and Downings, and the village of Carrigart, this gem of a house boasts wonderful views of Muckish and Errigal mountains, as well as the ocean at Sheephaven Bay.

It offers guests two king-size double bedrooms (one en suite), a twin bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a separate full bathroom and a full kitchen/dining area with a utility room and washing machine as well as an exterior closet for golf bags or wet suits. Fiber optic broadband allows for 1gb high-speed wifi for easy streaming or online working. Lawn and picnic area is to the rear, overlooking the golf links and out to the bay.

Local amenities include various watersports on Downings beach, the Boardwalk, Magherabeg leisure center with pool and sauna, and various leisure activities such as Rosapenna Golf Links courses, biking, horse riding and hiking. Entertainment includes many live music and food venues such as The Olde Glen Bar & Restaurant, Goose & Gander, Fisk, The Harbour Bar, the Singing Pub, The Galley, Fifi's Coffee, Downings Bay Hotel, The Beach Hotel and The Only Plaice.
