Sally's Cottage Portnoo

Cosy compact 2-bedroom semi-detached seaside cottage with garden and Sauna. Located in the highly sought-after seaside village of Portnoo in Southwest Donegal. With views from every window and spectacular views from sauna. The beach or cliff walk is less than 100 metres away where you will make memories to last a lifetime. A great beautiful location for young family breaks, cosy couples retreats or fun times with friends!

Golf Club

Narin and Portnoo Golf Club, is situated in a beautiful seaside resort in southwest Donegal. It is considered one of the finest natural and scenic18-hole links courses in Ireland, with sweeping views of Gweebarra Bay. Opened in 1930, it is engagingly old fashioned with a meandering routing over and around the dunes. The course has recently been re-developed and the new par 73 layout offers a range of teeing areas and challenges to suit all golfer.

Local Activities and Attractions

Ardara (10km from Sally's) is one of the most attractive towns in Donegal and is set in a wide valley where the Owentocher River enters Loughros More Bay. The environs of the town is an area rich in history, culture, bounded by stunning landscapes and has an abundance of activities for the holidaymaker. Ardara is a traditional centre for weaving and knitwear production. Its historical importance has been recognised in the granting of Heritage status to the town. The visitor will find a number of excellent restaurants in the locality as well as friendly pubs – several of which feature traditional music sessions.

Booking Deposit €200 - with the balance to be paid six weeks before the letting period.

- minimum stay is 2 nights
- no booking or commission fees as you are booking direct with the owner
- Weekends available during mid and low season

High Season: July/Aug/Easter
Mid Season: Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Sep/Oct
Low Season: Jan/Feb/Nov/Dec (except Christmas/New Year)
