Runclevin House - Dunfanaghy

Runclevin House is a 4 bedroom holiday home located on the outskirts of the wonderful beach and golf resort of Dunfanaghy in North West Donegal. The holiday home is a short distance from the shores of New Lake and just 1km from the centre of Dunfanaghy itself. The holiday home is an ideal base to explore the rugged coastline and the mountains in this beautiful part of Ireland.

The holiday home has 4 double bedrooms along with a bathroom and shower room. The living room overlooks Dunfanaghy and has an open fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen features a solid fuel stove and opens out to a lovely conservatory style dining and seating area. There are large gardens to the front and rear of the property.

Golf and Great Beaches on Your Doorstep

The holiday home is just a short walk from the award winning Mill Restaurant on the shores of New Lake. The Blue Flag Killahoey Beach, the shores of Sheephaven Bay and Dunfanaghy Golf Links are just over 5 minutes away.  Portnablagh beach and harbour, Marble Hill Strand and Ards Forest Park are a short distance away by car. The secluded and beautiful Tramore Strand is a wonderful walk through the dunes which can be accessed at the nearby Horn Head bridge.

Dunfanaghy

In recent years Dunfanaghy has become one of Donegal’s premier holiday destinations.  As well as a fine beach and golf course this vibrant seaside resort has numerous, pubs, cafes, craft shops, art galleries and watersports outlets.  Horse riding is available at the Dunfanaghy Riding Stables.  There are numerous opportunities for walking and hill walking with Horn Head, Muckish Mountain and Ards Forest Park all close at hand. At the Shandon Hotel in nearby Marble Hill there is a fine modern Spa and Wellness Centre.

The kitchen also features a solid fuel burning stove - turf supplied.

The kitchen opens out to a large conservatory style dining and seating area which in turn opens out onto a courtyard. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
