I have stayed in many Airbnbs but I can honestly say that Oyster House was definitely one of the favourites. It was a perfect getaway. The photos which are great do not do the house justice. The house is perfectly located with access to the shore. From the moment we opened the front door we knew we were going to love our stay. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything one could possibly need. The house itself is decorated and finished very well with beautiful soft furnishings and some lovely finishing touches throughout. There were four adults and one child (4) and a cocker spaniel who thinks he’s a child! We all loved it, great access to the deck through spacious kitchen/ dining area with fabulous views. I could not recommend Natasha’s house highly enough. Communication with Natasha was excellent and with Caroline who ensured we had everything we needed and who had a lovely welcoming package for us. This is perfect for anyone wishing to escape. We fully intend to return!

We stayed at the Oyster House for a short stay. Caroline messaged us the day beofr to arrange our check in which was really smooth. We have stayed in another of Natashas listing last year and the standard of accommodation is top class and the Oyster House did not disappoint. The cottage is quite remote around a 10min drive to Dungloe which has great pubs and restaurants. We had a big storm on the Saturday and watching the weather from the cosy cottage was a highlight. The house has breathtaking views of the lough and Atlantic. The decor is very tasteful with a well equipped kitchen. we highly recommend staying at the Oyster House.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the oyster house. The house has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The morning view over breakfast is fantastic and relaxing evening’s watching the sunset is spectacular! We have say your taste of décor in the house is superb and to a very high standard. We are already looking at booking next year again!

Oyster House is a lovely cottage which has been tastefully modernised with high-quality finish throughout. The cottage is warm, clean and very comfortable. A joy to be in. The location is peaceful with stunning views. Easy access to the coast, walks with plenty to see and do in the local area. We would happily recommend and we plan to return.

We are a family of 8 (2 adults/6 children), from Scotland, and we had a fantastic holiday in The Oyster Cottage, this was our first trip to Ireland, and we will definitely be back.
The house is in a beautiful location, and we were welcomed by the very friendly, Sharon, who showed us around the cottage, and had homemade scones all ready for our arrival. The views from the house, are breathtaking. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

We stayed for a week in the Oyster House in July 2019. The house has the most idyllic location - right beside the sea on Traighenna Bay with beautiful views across the bay. It is exceptionally well fitted out for a holiday cottage with everything you would need - and more.
The beds were very comfortable, the decor lovely and everything worked perfectly. It was a great base for exploring the beauty of Donegal.
Sandra, who met us on arrival, was lovely and even greeted us with homemade scones and treats for our two dogs which was a nice extra touch.
She was great for advice on places to see and things to do. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to anyone travelling with dogs. I dont know who was more sorry to leave - us or the dogs.
