This wonderful restored Georgian country house offers the perfect retreat for a quiet, luxurious weekend or a weekly family holiday creating special memories. The house is over 200 years old and steeped in history with the hymn writer/poet Cecil Frances Alexander living at the house in the late 19th century. Step through the classic entrance door to ‘The Old Rectory’ and discover this beautiful Georgian home.
The house has an elevated position, set in 4 acres of gardens overlooking beautiful Lough Swilly. With a sweeping tree line drive and a garden that boasts and array of beautiful flowers, with a sea of daffodils and snowdrops as a must see which engulfs the gardens in the springtime.
