Links View Cottage, Ard Alainn - Portsalon

Recently built and fitted out to the highest of modern standards Links View Cottage has all you need for a weekend break or family holiday. Sleeping up to 6 comfortably it has been  designed and finished by the architect owners as a home from home yet is easy to maintain. Spacious bright living areas with views of the Golf Links and beach, with a first floor balcony to the front which makes the most of the views and sun. The outdoor patio with barbeque and patio furniture lets you make the most of those long summer days.

Local Attractions

Perfectly located within easy walking of Portsalon's main amenities including the 18 hole golf links, Blue Flag beach, pier, water sports and of course ‘The Stores’ traditional pub and restaurant; Links View Cottage provides the perfect location for the family or golfers alike. If you wish to explore further afield there is the stunning scenery of the Fanad Peninsula to be enjoyed on foot or by car.

Local Activities

The local area offers plenty to do for the active including horse riding, water sports, fishing or diving and of course golf. Apart from Portsalon there are a number of 18 hole courses within a short drive including Letterkenny, Rosapenna and the world renowned Ballyliffin course designed by Nick Faldo. There are many good restaurants nearby in Kerrykeel, Milford, Ramelton or Letterkenny, where you can also enjoy local shopping and entertainment including the cinema, theatre, bowling, museums and galleries

Living Space

  Kitchen

Open plan kitchen leading to dining / living area is easily maintained with ceramic tiled floors and Corian worktops. With quality appliances and fully equipped, the kitchen area makes self catering easy. Patio doors lead from the dining area to outside where barbeques and al fresco summer dining can be enjoyed.

Utility room – separate from the kitchen area the utility room contains a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer and various cleaning utensils.

  Living Room

Ground floor open plan living area with wooden floors, leather sofas and views to the sea providing a spacious functional area complete with wood/turf burning stove, 37in plasma tv with Eir TV / Apple TV channels, dvd player and full remotes.

Oil fired central heating is included

  First Floor

Another living area at first floor complete with wooden flooring, fireplace, 2 and 3 seater sofas provides a quiet, but bright and spacious place to relax in. This room provides the best views of the golf links, beach and Knockalla Mountains; -  all of which can be enjoyed most from the large south and west facing balcony.

25% Booking deposit (non-refundable)  - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
