This is a beautiful, modern apartment in a  fabulous elevated setting (the old Portnablagh Hotel) with breathtaking panoramic views. These include Sheephaven Bay,  Portnablagh Harbour, the rugged Horn Head and the glorious 2 mile Killahoey Beach, along which the 18 hole golf course lies. The views set this property apart from other rental properties in the area and all visitors who stay in the apartment comment on them. 
The apartment itself offers modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. It is bright, airy and has a view from every window.

There is something for everyone and for all weathers in this tranquil part of N.W. Donegal. In the nearby village of Dunfanaghy there are cafes and bars where you can relax and listen to live music; craft shops, art galleries and the Workhouse Famine Centre to potter around; delightful restaurants, lots of sports for the more active e.g. kite-surfing, walking, golf, horse-riding to mention a few.
There are 2 hotels in the area offering attractions. These include the Shandon Hotel which has a leisure centre attached.

Patio doors lead from this area to the balcony - relax outdoors, watch the sun set over Horn Head or the little fishing boats make their way back to Portnablagh Harbour.

The apartment gets its name from the long sandy beach which it overlooks. Killahoey beach is ideal for walking and water sports  while its long stretch of marram grass dunes are utilized by Dunfanaghy Golf Club.
The apartment is elegantly furnished throughout and the main living area has television, video, dvd and a stereo system. The photo also gives you a glimpse of the panoramic sea views over Sheephaven Bay.
