This lovely contemporary holiday home is in a secluded location set well back from the road protected by a large rock outcrop that ensures privacy. It has superb sea views and a large deck area and separate patio area. There is one large open plan living area with windows/doors to three sides giving lovely sea and countryside views. The house is fully equipped with all new furniture and fixtures and fittings.

The house is approx. 3 km from the fishing village of Greencastle and about 8km to the seaside town of Moville. It is an ideal base for family beach holidays in a safe and peaceful environment. The house also serves well as a touring base for the Inishowen peninsula and Northern Ireland. The historic city of Derry is 30 minutes drive away and the Antrim coastline and the Giant's Causeway can be reached via the Greencastle-Magilligan ferry. The house is in a great place for families, walkers, golfers, artists and anglers and also for those just wanting a quiet and beautiful place to relax.

Living Space


  Kitchen

The kitchen area is located at the front of the house and features a huge island unit with a solid stone worktop and bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sliding doors lead to a patio area to catch the morning sun.
Appliances include: A gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, outside clothes line, kettle, toaster and essential crockery, cutlery and cookware.

The dining table is extendable, with seating for eight.

Electricity is included.

  Living Room

The very large living space is all open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining area and sitting room.  There are doors/windows to three sides with panoramic views of the sea, Lough Foyle and the Antrim coast. Sliding doors lead to the large deck area and landscaped garden.
There is an open fireplace a large comfortable modular L shaped sofa, a 32 wall mounted, LCD, HD TV with DVD, and a CD/radio/stereo with an MP3 dock (for your i-Pod).

Oil fired central heating is included.

  Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms to sleep up to eight. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with goose/feather duvets and pillows.

  • Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room with country views.
  • Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room with country views.
  • Bedroom 3: Double Bedroom with sea views.
  • Bedroom 4: Two single beds (can be joined to make a double), with country views.

Bed linen and towels are supplied.

 

  Bathroom

The main bathroom has a bath, basin, toilet and an over the bath shower. The two en-suites each have a basin, toilet and a separate power shower.
