Deer View Cottage

Deer View Cottage is nestled in the peaceful and gentle sloping hills of southwest Donegal with views of Lough Adeery. This 2 bedroom traditional cottage has been lovingly restored to a very high standard of where old world meets new.

Traditional Features

This property has traditional flagstone floors throughout, a stone-built fireplace with a Stanley range whilst having the modern convenience of air-to-water underfloor heating. Open plan living area consists of comfortable seating around the fire and an old-style kitchen with all the mod cons.

Hot Tub and BBQ

The outside area has an elevated hot tub with views of the lake. It also boasts a patio with seating and a BBQ area.

Killybegs

Deer View Cottage is a short drive of 8km to the fishing port of Killybegs. Killybegs is steeped in maritime history from the Spanish Armada to modern time cruise ships.

Along the Wild Atlantic Way

It is also part of the Wild Atlantic Way with beautiful attractions such as Slieve Liag, Silver Strand, Glencolmcille Folk Village, the Secret Waterfall as well as Donegal Castle all within a 40km drive.

Ardara town is only 18km away where you will find Ardara Distillery, Assaranca Waterfall, tweed & knitwear shops such as Bonners, Molloy's of Ardara and Triona Design and you can stop off for a bite to eat in the famous "Nancy's Bar".

Booking Deposit €100 - with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
