4 bedrooms enjoy sea views and 3 of them open out to the beautiful landscaped patio area.
There are two separate living rooms and a beautiful country kitchen with an aga range.
There is a separate dining room and a sun room with panoramic sea and mountain views.
The holiday home has landscaped gardens featuring a playhouse and a patio the runs along the length of the house.
The gardens are bordered on one side by a small stream and on the other by an orchard.
There is a boatshed at the driveway entrance that is ideal for small boats and also provides a good storage area for surf boards, bicycles, golf clubs etc.

Accommodating up to 13 people, this spacious holiday home is an ideal base for a groups of friends, two families or an extended family wishing to spend a self catering holiday in this unspoilt area of north Donegal.
It is also perfect for a small group of golfers – Portsalon Golf Club is on your door step and the two championship courses at Rosapenna are just 20km away via the new Mulroy Bridge.
Small walking groups will also find the holiday home an ideal base for rambling around the beautiful Fanad Peninsula.

Use the Mulroy Bridge to explore the beautiful Rosguill Peninsula Climb Muckish and Errigal.

The holiday home has a beautifully crafted country kitchen featuring an Aga Range.
It aslo has a dishwasher, microwave, an electric oven, Gas Hob & an American style frige with ice despencer
It is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.
The kitchen leads out to a conservatory syle area with lovely sea views, this area has a small table for informal dining.
Dining Room
The holiday home has a very spacious dining room with sea and mountain views.
The elegant dining table can seat up to 10 comfortably.
There are double doors to the main living room and patio doors out to the large paved patio area.
The very spacious kitchen in the holiday home opens out to a lovely conservatory style seating area that enjoys wonderful views over the landscaped gardens towards Ballymastoker Strand and Knockalla Mountain.

To Secure Dates a Booking deposit/security deposit of €300 or £300 is required to secure dates in our diary , This is returned in the same currency in which it is paid 7 working days after your departure,
The deposit is Non refundable if a cancellation on the booking is made
The remanding Balance is required to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival
When checking in :
• Check in is at 4pm, Check out 10am unless different arrangements have been made prior
• During peaks season Mid June / July / August the house is rented on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday
• when checking in we will show you the daily running of the home , Heating/ bins etc
• all bed linen bed & bath towel are supplied, along with any utensils sauce pans etc you might need
• the local bar / restaurant/ shop / beach / golf club etc is all with in walking distance from Croaghrosss Cottage
• In relation to pets yea they are allowed, howver must be strictly kept outside or in the kitchen and not allowed into any other room in the property, any trace of pets in other rooms will result in full deposit being no refunded due to having to giving the house a deep clean
• Strictly no smoking in the property this will result in deposit being held in order to give the house a deep clean

We saw this property in August & fell in love! We were over the moon when booking was confirmed in January. Have had a lovely week, weather was gorgous, house has everything we needed, Space, tranquility, views. Portsalon beach spectacular, enjoyed meals at Sarah's & the golf club.
We had a lovely warm welcome from Kay - Thanks very much!
The welcome pack was also appricated as were the baskets of logs!
The gardens were delightful & the children had so much fun exploring!
