Cooladerry Cottage - Fanad

Located on the northern tip of the Fanad Peninsula, Cooladerry Cottage is a 4 bedroom luxury holiday home offering superb sea views only 2 miles from Fanad lighthouse. There is a surf school approx. 1 mile away and the fabulous links course at Portsalon is approx. 4 miles. The beach is a short walk from the house.

Mulroy Bridge

The recently opened Mulroy Bridge gives easy access to all the amenities of the Rosgoill Peninsula - Rosapenna Golf Club, Mevagh Dive Centre and Magherabeg Leisure Centre to name but a few. The house itself is fully equipped to ensure you have a memorable self-catering holiday in this beautiful area.

Surrounding Area

The beautiful Ballyhiernan Bay is only 0.5 km from the holiday home. A beautiful unspoilt sandy beach skirts this bay. This beach is the location of the Adventure One Surf School - the leading ISA (Irish Surfing Association) approved school on the north coast of Donegal.

A 10 minute drive from the cottage will bring you to the holiday village of Portsalon where you will find a wonderful blue flag beach and a top class golf course. At the village harbour, there is a water sports centre where kayaks, pedal boats, wetsuits and boogie boards can be hired.
