Clearwaters No1 Rathmullan

This tastefully decorated and fully equipped 3-bed holiday cottage is located on the Kinnegar Road, Rathmullan, adjacent to Rathmullan House Hotel. It is only a 5-minute walk from shops, pubs and restaurants in the village. Rathmullan's wonderful 3km long sandy beach is a mere 5 min walk away. New for 2020 - now equipped with free wifi

Locally there is Golf, horse riding, sea angling and fishing along with miles of golden sandy beaches and wooded country roads suitable for walking. All these make this an ideal location for the perfect holiday. The area also boasts many historical and archaeological sites. 

Rathmullan

Located on Kinnegar Road between the Fort Royal and Rathmullan House hotels, and close to the amenities in Rathmullan. The town is well provided for, with four pubs, two top-class restaurants, coffee shop and newly opened café. The 3km of beach stretches from the pier in Rathmullan to Kinnegar cove. It is popular with walkers and water sport enthusiasts and unusually for an Irish beach, is tree-lined for most of its length.

Local Attractions

The nearby golf club, Otway, is the second oldest course in Ireland - no tee-time required and its 9 holes offer a challenging round of golf. The Portsalon Golf Club is just a 20-minute drive north, along the spectacular Knockalla Coast Road.

Letterkenny

Letterkenny, County Donegal’s main town, is 20 minutes by car and has a 5 screen cinema, Arena 7 kid's adventure playground, public swimming pool, urban park, an Grianan Theatre and of course, a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.
