Bayview - Magheroarty

Located in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht, this luxurious  property is finished to an exceptional standard. Situated on the renouned  Wild Atlantic Way, the local coastal views and scenery are mind-blowing. The property enjoys views of Magheroarty beach and Ballyness Bay to the front, and Muckish mountain to the side.

Magheroarty

Magheroarty is a stunning curved beach with glittering sand dunes and with views to the nearby islands of Inisbofin and Tory to one side and the headland of Hornhead to the other. 

Visit Tory and Inishbofin Islands

There are daily ferries to the islands (weather permitting) from Magheroarty Pier. Electric bikes and walking tours can be booked for islands visits and local pub and music sessions are a must-see.

Water Sports

Magheroarty Beach attracts water sports enthusiasts, and guests can avail of the services of Narosa Surf School and its cafe at the pier beside the beach. Kids will love the surf camps and the play park at the beach.

Outdoor Activities

There are numerous outdoor activities for guests to avail of along this stunning coastline including, Prosecco boat cruises, electric bike tours, walking tours, kayaking, golf, pub/drinks tours with Irish music sessions, visits to nearby Glenveagh National Park and the Dunlewey  Centre. The nearby towns of Falcarragh, Dunfanaghy, and Bunbeg  offer an array of services, including restaurants and shops. 

Colls restaurant and bar is an 8 min walk  from the house, renowned for its fresh local food.

Booking Details

Booking deposit euro 200 (held as refundable security deposit and returned after stay) - with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period

- check-in 4pm, check out 10am
- Sat-Sat rental only during high season
- weekends available during mid and low season, 3 night minimum stay

High Season: July/Aug/Easter
Mid Season: Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Sep/Oct
Low Season: Jan/Feb/Nov/Dec (except Christmas/New Year)
