Booking Deposit €200 - with the balance to be paid six weeks before the letting period.

- minimum stay is 2 nights
- no booking or commission fees as you are booking direct with the owner
- Weekends available during mid and low season

High Season: July/Aug/Easter/Jazz Festival
Mid Season: Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Sep/Oct
Low Season: Jan/Feb/Nov/Dec (except Christmas/New Year)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations occurring at least 6 weeks before check-in will get a full refund; excluding the booking deposit. Cancellations after 6 weeks prior to check in no refund is given.
